Teaching Philosophy
I truly believe that each and every one of you has a unique story to tell ~ as your teacher, I hope to inspire you to share your unique narratives with the rest of us; all while opening your hearts and minds to the narratives of those around you.
Our Classroom Community
My number one priority is to create a strong classroom community among all of us. I want you to look forward to starting your day in my class (virtually for now). I want you to laugh, smile, and truly enjoy the time we spend learning together.
Our Year (at-a-glance)
In 7th grade ELA/S.S., we spend time learning how to closely analyze literary texts, literary elements within those texts, and more! We will work to make connections between the texts we read and the lives we live as the unique individuals that we are!
